1. About BabaSays

BabaSays is a personal Vedic astrology brief delivered daily to your WhatsApp. Each brief is generated from your birth chart (kundli), current planetary transits, and dasha windows. The service is operated from India by the sole proprietor identified on the Contact page.

2. Subscription and billing

• Price: ₹555 per month (Indian Rupees), inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Free trial: the first 5 days after signup are free. No charge is made during the trial. Razorpay may authorise a small refundable amount (up to ₹5) to set up the UPI mandate — this is reversed automatically.
• Recurring: the first ₹555 charge is made on day 6 and then every month on the same date, using the UPI Autopay mandate or card mandate you approve at signup.
• Term: the subscription continues month to month until you cancel. There is no lock-in.

3. What we deliver

You will receive one personalised brief per day on the WhatsApp number you registered. Delivery time is approximately 5:55 AM IST. Missed deliveries due to WhatsApp outages, number changes, or account blocks on your side are your responsibility to raise via the Contact page; we will make best efforts to redeliver.

4. What BabaSays is — and is not

Astrology briefs are intended for reflection and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Decisions you take based on a brief are your own. We do not guarantee outcomes.

5. Your obligations

• Provide accurate birth details. Chart quality depends entirely on this.
• Keep your WhatsApp number active. Change of number requires you to contact us so we can update delivery.
• Do not share, republish, or resell the daily briefs as your own work.

7. Changes to the service

We may change delivery timing, format, or price with reasonable notice on this website and via WhatsApp. If a price change is not acceptable to you, you may cancel before the next billing date and you will not be charged the new price.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
